Retired Cook County prosecutor; Professor of Criminology and Criminal Law

Diann is on a mission to “pay it forward while paying it back.”  Trained as a lawyer and prosecuter, Diann spent over 30 years at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.  During this time, Diann was able to do hundreds of misdemeanor and felony trials and work with law enforcement from all over Illinois.  Diann continues her public service by being an Adjunct Professor at Oakton Community College in the Law Enforcement and Justice Program.  Diann’s extensive experience in Criminal Law as well as supervising Assistant State’s Attorneys has uniquely qualified her in the education, mentoring  and matriculation of young adults.
