Lex serves as the Associate Director for the Gates Center. In her role, she supports registered student organizations and advises the Student Programming Board. Lex earned her Bachelors in Sociology, minoring in Spanish, Latiné Studies, and Psychology, along with her Masters in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University.

Kelsey Carter joins the Gates Center after 5 years with Lake Forest College Athletic Department. Prior to Lake Forest, she was the community programs and marketing manager with the Bowie Baysox, a minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles located in Bowie, Maryland. Kelsey was a four-year letter winner for the Millikin University (Decatur, Illinois) swimming and diving team and graduated with a degree in athletic training in 2014. She also earned a master's degree in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017.

Kathleen earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University. Prior to her role at Lake Forest College, Kathleen completed many volunteer hours in the community, in addition to holding several budget and GL Accounting positions with not-for-profit organizations.
