Want to really get involved on campus? RunĀ for a position in Student Government, the representative voice of the student body.
Student Government is the link between students and the administration at Lake Forest College. Together, we represent student voices and are committed to creating the best college experience possible.
During the 2024-2025 academic year, Student Government passed legislation to improve student life through advocacy, projects, and restructuring. We advocated for a student representative to join the search committee looking for the college's fifteenth president; Purchased menstrual product dispensers and water bottle fillers for buildings around campus; Allocated funds to a proposal aimed at improving security features on campus; Revamped our senate positions to include a wider array of student voices; and continued to build bridges between the student body, the college administration, and the City of Lake Forest.
