Assistant Football Coach - Offensive Line
Lake Forest College, located just north of Chicago, invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Line. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking experience in a Division III collegiate coaching environment and will offer the chosen candidate the opportunity to assist the head coach with all aspects of administering an established and successful collegiate football program. The selected candidate will assist the head coach with a variety of duties to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the football program. The position requires a significant commitment to evening and weekend work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within the Forester athletic department, supporting the mission, goals, and procedures of both the department and the College.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties may include but are not limited coaching the Offensive Line, managing the football equipment room staff, recruitment of prospective student-athletes, game day logistics, scouting, and alumni relations. The successful candidate will foster a positive team environment and motivate student-athletes. Secondary duties include serving as on the PE 130 teaching staff and assisting with game management for off-season sports
Qualifications:
Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree (required), with collegiate coaching experience of the offensive line. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
$45,000-50,000
