October 15, 2025- Winter 2025 housing application opens
October 16 & 17, 2025- Fall break
October 23, 2025- Residence Life & Accessibility Services housing accommodations open house
November 1, 2025- Spring 2026 housing application opens (for students not already living on campus)
November 3, 2025- 2026 Spring Term meal plan changes process opens
November 26 to 28, 2025- Thanksgiving Break (students do not need to leave halls)
December 1, 2025- Spring 2026 housing cancellation forms due
December 1, 2025- Winter 2025 housing application due
December 5, 2025- Last day of classes
December 12, 2025- 2026 Spring Term housing applications due
December 13, 2025- Residence halls close at noon
December 20, 2025- 2026 Spring Term meal change requests due date
January 11, 2026- Halls reopen (9:00 am)
