*ES 211, Botany & Ecology of Northern Forest, is a hands-on class that is taught primarily at the Ridges Sanctuary in Door County, Wisconsin. Students will begin the class on the Lake Forest College campus on Monday, 5/19 and Tuesday, 5/20, and then live and learn at the Ridges Sanctuary from Thursday, 5/21 through Tuesday, 6/2. The class finishes back on the Lake Forest College campus from Wednesday, 6/3 through Friday, 6/5. There is an additional course fee of $125. The standard course cost plus the additional $125 fee covers room and board at the Ridges Sanctuary from 5/21 through 6/2.
