Save the Date for Forester Day 2021
Forester Day is fast approaching, and although the format may be different this year, the spirit of the day will remain as strong as ever.
Join us Thursday, March 4 for our first fully virtual Forester Day, packed with a variety of events to showcase the many facets of our community. Last year, 500+ Foresters convened in 21 Forester Day events country-wide, proving that the Forest is not exclusive to the 60045 area code. With our virtual format, we are able to reach out even further and connect with Foresters all over the world.

This year’s theme is “Foresters Forward,” to celebrate our continuing forward momentum as we navigate and adapt to new challenges. We encourage every member of our Forester Family—students, alumni, parents, community members, faculty/staff, and fans—to join us in our celebration. We began this initiative in 2016, and our Forester Family continues to grow each year. Sticking with our upward trend, our goal for this year is 1,550 donors—the College’s enrollment target for fall 2021—the largest in Lake Forest College history!
Why is this year’s Forester Day so unique? Our variety of interactive and engaging events ensure that you can support what you love at Lake Forest College—choose your own adventure style. We will be highlighting many elements of our community, including virtual tours of new and already beloved campus spaces, academic highlights from various departments, and all-access glimpses into the student life of a Forester as well as signature funds that help make it all happen. Additionally, the celebration will be capped off with an evening of social gatherings for alumni, parents, faculty/staff, and students with opportunities to chat with your Forester Family throughout the entire day. Our goal is to celebrate Lake Forest and everyone who makes up our ever-growing Forester Family, while raising money and having fun along the way. So, whether you are giving, reminiscing, or looking ahead to the future of the Forest, join us to celebrate on March 4 at lakeforest.edu/foresterday.
