Sexual Misconduct

Lake Forest College is committed to providing a safe and welcoming campus environment that is free from all forms of discrimination based on sex. The College does not discriminate against any person based on sex in its education programs or activities or in employment. This policy includes the processes to be used for all reports or complaints of sexual misconduct. The grievance processes for Title IX Sexual Harassment and other Prohibited Sexual Misconduct shall be distinct as set out in this policy.

The College also prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports or discloses a violation of this policy, files a complaint, or otherwise participates in an investigation, proceeding, complaint, or hearing under this policy.
