Critical thinking student learning outcomes for Religion

  • Students will be able to explain religious beliefs, practices, and ideas within their cultural, social, historical, and/or intellectual contexts. 
  • Students will be able to use primary sources from one or more religious traditions—e.g. texts, rituals, images, objects, etc.—to support an argument in written or oral form.
  • Students will be locate, assess, and utilize relevant secondary sources appropriate  to religious studies scholarship.
