Assistant Women’s Hockey Coach (Part Time)

Lake Forest College, located just north of Chicago, invites applications for the Part Time Assistant Women’s Hockey Coach.

This role provides a exciting opportunity for an individual looking to immerse themselves into DIII collegiate coaching. The position requires evening and weekend work, including travel with the women’s hockey team. The selected candidate will work assist the head coach with a variety of duties to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the hockey program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within the Forester athletic department, supporting the mission, goals, and procedures of both the department and the College.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to preparation for contests, administrative support, attendance to team events including overnight travel and away trips. The successful candidate will foster a positive team environment and motivate student-athletes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree (required), with collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Salary: $15,000-20,000
