1. In the upper right-hand corner, you can sign-up/log in ➡️ givecampus.com/schools/LakeForestCollege. You may already have a GiveCampus account from a previous Forester Day. If you're new, you'll want to click the sign-up button and fill out the information. You can link your account to your Facebook, which is a simple click of the sign up with Facebook button.

2. On the campaign, page navigate down to the advocates section. 🤝  Here is where you can do all of your advocacy actions.

3. The first is sharing with your network. 📲 One of the most direct ways to get the word out about us today is to share the link. Using these buttons built-in underneath the campaign cards you see here for sharing via Facebook, Twitter, text, and email.  BONUS: Write your own call to action – say something like “I'm giving on Forester Day because Lake Forest means so much to me! Please join me in making an impact and show your support today.” 

4. The second and third way that you can become an advocate is by setting up a match or a challenge. 🎁 These are great ways to leverage your own gift that you were planning on giving. You can restrict that match or challenge - to a specific affiliation, class year, gift designation, or list of friends – like your freshman roommates! 

5. The final way to become an advocate for force today is by creating a personal plea. 🎥 A personal plea is a short video, a story, if you will, supporting Forester Day! They don't have to be Hollywood productions, use your cell phone to take a selfie video wearing your LFC swag. Have fun! You’ll receive an email that says that your personal plea has been approved! That email has a unique link specific to your video that you can share out with your networks.
