Our guests will discuss the attributes of tribal sovereignty, tribal jurisdiction, the relationships between tribal governments, the federal government, and states, and how all of this relates to the management of natural resources on tribal lands.
Co-Sponsors: Environmental Studies Department, Philosophy Department, The Department of Politics and International Relations, Legal Studies, The Office of Intercultural Relations, and NAIS (Native American and Indigenous Student) empowerment group.
