Women’s golf became a varsity sport at the College in 2014 and the Foresters finished fifth at the MWC Championships that fall. The team climbed a spot in the standings to fourth the following season and moved up one more position to third last year.

Lake Forest was the runner-up at Sunday’s Aldeen Preview, an event that included all but one conference team, and was also listed second on the 2017 MWC Preseason Coaches Poll. This year’s championships will start on Friday and continue on Saturday and Sunday.
