In 2022, the Supreme Court case Dobbs v. Jackson overturned Roe v. Wade (1973) which had guaranteed the right to abortion in the US, leaving that right up to states.
Abortion funds, long providers of direct support to overcome barriers to abortion care, are on the front lines in the fight to uphold abortion justice. This Women’sHistory Month, join us for a discussion with Alicia Hurtado (they/she/ella), Movement Building Director at Chicago Abortion Fund.
