Dean DeBiase is a Silicon Valley veteran scaling emerging growth companies and embedding entrepreneurial grade talent into multinational corporations in Chief Executive, Chairman, board and advisor roles.  He is the Executive Chairman of Reboot Partners, Boardroom Innovation, Startup Partners and AKTA - recently acquired by Salesforce. Having led public and private corporations and Fortune 500 subsidiaries through startup, expansion, turnaround, roll-up, spin-out, M&A and PO operating phases, Dean has been the CEO of a dozen organizations including Autoweb - which he took public, The Imagination Network - acquired by AOL, Entertainment.com - acquired by a founder group and TNS Media - a roll-up acquired by WPP.  An Innovation, Entrepreneurial and Governance Fellow, Dean is a founding board member of 1871, Creator of Dancing with Startups and Host of the Reboot Stories interview series.  He is a frequent media guest on CNBC, NBC, FOX, CNN and ABC, CEO guest host on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice, and co-author of the best-selling book The Big Moo with Seth Godin. He is a Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a Senior Fellow and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Dean served on the advisory board of Keller Graduate School of Management when they acquired DeVry University and the Northern Illinois University Foundation board. He guest lectures at leading educational institutions including Hass School of Business - University of California, Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, Columbia University, University of Massachusetts, University of Wisconsin, University of Chicago, Northern Illinois University, DePaul University, Illinois Institute of Technology, DeVry University, College of Lake County and Lake Forest College.
