New desk/hardware support staff member hired

Melissa Norris has joined the LIT staff as a member of its help desk/hardware support team.  Melissa comes to Lake Forest College with associates degrees in graphic design and in computer support from Gateway Technical College in Kenosha.  She has worked previously at the Kenosha News and Happenings Magazine.
