Facilities Management

Located in Middle Campus, Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining the College’s buildings and grounds as well as overseeing the College’s construction and renovation projects.  Our staff includes over thirty full and part time custodians and fourteen full time tradespeople.

Facilities Management receives work order requests from the College community as well as overseeing reservations for the College’s fleet of rental vehicles.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 during the school year, 8:30 to 4:30 during the summer.

Key Replacement Procedure

  1. Go to the Business Office located in North Hall and pay $50.00 fine.
  2. Once you receive your receipt, bring it to Facilities Management.
  3. A temporary key will be issued to you.
  4. Your lock will be changed within 24 hours. Once the lock has been changed, a notice will appear on your door asking you to return to facilities management with the temporary key in exchange for your new key. If you have a roommates, they will need to turn in their key at facilities management in exchange for their new key at no charge.
