Argentine musician and audio engineer Martin Mikulik visited Prof. Kripper’s Intro to Latin American Culture class last week. He talked about the importance of Tango music for Argentine culture as well as the power of music as a tool for resistance during the last Argentine dictatorship. The class listened to different songs and analyzed their lyrics as well.
