Ivo Daalder talk on March 5

Ivo Daalder, president of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and former U.S. Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, will present a talk titled, “Towards a Post-9/11 Foreign Policy,” on campus on March 5.
