Alumni gathered in droves at the Denver Tavern in Wash Park on April 9.

More than 40 guests met at the sports-centric outpost with pub grub amid a big, square bar, fireplace, and patios.

“We were impressed with the turnout,” said Jim Arneill ’73. “The event was really positive for everyone there.”

The Denver Regional Network is one of the College’s strongest alumni groups, according to Suzanne Zeddies Nyren ’73, senior director of alumni and community engagement.

The Host Committee for the successful meet-up included Arneill, his wife Tudi Arneill ’74, Sara Finesilver ’04, Suzanne Fischer ’97, Caroline Watson ’09, and Office of Development and Alumni Relations staff members Spike Gummere and Gret Taylor ’11.
