Robert (Bob) S. Murley
Mr. Murley is is a Vice Chairman, Senior Advisor, and Chairman of Investment Banking in the Americas of Credit Suisse. He first joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1975 and was named a Managing Director in 1984, Vice Chairman in 1998, and Chairman of Investment Banking in 2005. Mr. Murley has served on a number of civic, charitable, and corporate boards. He is a Trustee of the Museum of Science & Industry, Trustee Emeritus of Princeton University, Chair of the Board of Advisors of the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, and Trustee of the Berklee School of Music. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Stericycle Corporation and an independent director of Brown Advisory, Health Insurance Innovations and Harbour Group. Mr. Murley received his B.A. from Princeton University, his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his M.S. in International Economics from the London School of Economics. He and his wife, Mimi, reside in Lake Forest, IL. His interests include golf, jogging, squash, reading and music.
