Why did you choose to attend Lake Forest College?
I chose Lake Forest College because it had everything I was looking for. It is a small private college, where I could easily interact with my professors. It values the quality of the student body, rather than the quantity. The programs offered by the school were very appealing. It also has easy access to a big city. On top of that, the alumni I talked to spoke very highly of the College.
What are you looking forward to the most at Lake Forest College?
I’m looking forward to the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and different cultures. I am excited to be able to work and interact with such an amazing group of people on a daily basis.
What do you hope to accomplish during your time at Lake Forest College?
Academically, I hope to maintain a high GPA throughout my four years here. Socially, I hope become more involved in student organizations and clubs. In general, I hope that Lake Forest College will help me achieve independence by teaching me how to stand on my own two feet.
What do you want to do after you graduate from Lake Forest College?
I’m still undecided. I would like to take a year off from studying and put my knowledge to the test. Ideally, I would like to stay in Chicago. I hope to pursue a career in computer science or psychology.
Please share some of your personal interests.
I enjoy traveling. If it was possible, I would spend my whole life traveling from one place to another. I also enjoy volunteering with our community. I believe that it is important to give back to our community because we depend so strongly on the well-being of our society.
What are two random (but interesting) facts about you?
I celebrated my first birthday in Chicago. Last year, I also was able to celebrate my nineteenth birthday here, as well. During my lifetime, I have traveled to nineteen countries.
