Student Symposium is April 10

The 21st Annual Steven Galovich Student Symposium is Tuesday, April 10, and occurs in place of regular classes. Come out to participate and attend the presentations throughout the day!

The Symposium shows off the College’s students’ diverse achievements inside and outside the classroom. Regular classes are canceled on the day of the Symposium so that faculty, staff, and students can participate in the events.

This year, the schedules will be easily accessible online. To view the online version of the schedule, visit this site on your mobile devices.

To end the day, the closing ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Durand Art Institute with the Student Art Exhibit.

At 4:45 p.m., the winners of “The World in 2050” contest will be announced as well. This competition was open to all students for them to produce responses to the following question—what will the world of the future hold at the half-century mark?

Because the schedule is posted online, there are only printing limited copies of the schedule. These printed schedules will be available at the four presentation locations rather being distributed to mailboxes.

For those of who still want the printed schedule, there is the option to download the PDF here and print it out.
