Boomer’s Wellness Challenge is a 3-week challenge that encourages participants to improve their physical, emotional, and social wellness and participate in campus community events. The challenge will kick-off on February 3 and run through February 23.
- Participation is free
- Earn points by completing assigned fitness and wellness goals or attending campus events
- Complete the challenge on your own or as a team
- Teams may consist of 2 to 5 individuals
- Receive a valentine heart stress reliever just for signing up!
Please visit our table outside of the cafeteria on January 28th and 30th from 11am-4pm and the 31st from 12-1pm.
