Eminent research economist Miles Kimball will speak about how electronic money can help end recessions and inflation from 7–9 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
The economics and survey research professor at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor speaks internationally on the conduct of monetary and macroeconomic policy, and is a prolific writer and researcher in the fields of monetary and financial theory, business cycle theory and stabilization policy.
Kimball’s blog, “Confessions of a Supply-Side Liberal,” is rated a ”Top 100 Site for Economics“ and is on Twitter @mileskimball. He is a regular contributor to the online news and analysis magazine, Quartz, and has also appeared on Huff Post Live, and other TV and radio shows.
