College hosts Thanksgiving dinner for students

On Thanksgiving Day, the College hosted a traditional holiday dinner in Calvin Durand Hall for all students to attend.

“It’s really nice,” Anahita Vahidi ’20 said during the free dinner. “Not everybody has a chance to go out for the holidays, so I think it’s really thoughtful that the College set this dinner up.”

It was also a chance for the international student body of the College to experience this very American holiday.

“This is actually my first Thanksgiving meal,” Neeva Shrestha ’22 said. “I’m an international student from Nepal, so I came to this dinner for the experience.”

The College offered the traditional holiday dinner for any students on campus to attend, providing free food, drinks, and desserts for all guests.
