Foresters have over 50 active student organizations, club sports, and intramural opportunities at Lake Forest College. Involvement in campus life outside the classroom provides important, "real-world" experience that gives our students the edge, both personally and professionally.
Active Minds
Active Minds is a nationwide network of students working to impact the conversation about mental health on college campuses. Active Minds aims to remove the stigma that surrounds mental health issues, and create a comfortable environment for an open conversation about mental health issues.
Alpha Kappa Alpha
Alpha Kappa Alpha, the oldest sorority founded by women of African descent, is an international organization of college and graduate women whose purpose is to encourage scholarship, friendship, and service.

Students Taking Action Now, Darfur (STAND) is a student anti-genocide coalition of over 600 high school and college chapters dedicated to putting an end to genocide, specifically in Darfur, Sudan.
Stentor (newspaper)
The Stentor, the College newspaper, was first published during the 1886-87 academic year and continues to serve as the students' weekly journal.
