Brown Technology Resource Center

The Brown Technology Resource Center provides software support and training for faculty, staff, and students. Located in room 208 of the Donnelley and Lee Library, the TRC has ten stations, with the option of dual start-up (PC or Mac). The TRC is also available for training sessions or individual use. It houses a variety of scanners, including feed, film and slide scanners, along with black & white, color and poster printers.The center also contains video conversion equipment to transfer taped video (VHS and DV) to digital format on the Mac platform. 

Housing software for use across disciplines and divisions, the TRC provides text, image, audio, and video editing software as well as web design development. In addition to printed instructions, TRC Lab Technicians are on hand to assist with software and equipment training and use. The TRC has supported numerous course projects across the disciplines at Lake Forest College.
