Group Therapy Options with Health and Wellness

Counseling Services will be offering three groups this semester designed specifically for the needs and challenges of college students. In addition to the traditional interpersonal group, Understanding Self and Others, they will be offering How to Bounce Back (a resiliency and stress management drop-in group)and a Women’s Process-Oriented group (open to any female-identified student).

All groups will begin in the last week in September.

The full descriptions are available on Health and Wellness’ Group Therapy page. Students can call the Health and Wellness Center (847-735-5240) to request an informational meeting.
