Foresters shine at Jeff Awards

The Jeff Awards—Chicago’s highest theater honors—included several Lake Forest College connections.

Sean Graney, a long-time lecturer in the theater department, won best director and best adaptation for his production of “All Our Tragic,” parts of which were first presented on campus under the title, “All of Orestes.”

“All Our Tragic” also won best production in the midsize theater category and best ensemble. Geoff Button, a lecturer in the theater department who is currently directing the fall production of “HMS Pinafore,” was a part of the winning ensemble.
