A tale told far and wide

Professor of Sociology and author of the book Shanahmeh: The Epic of the Persian Kings Ahmad Sadri was on the road in April 2014 talking about the book. He was at Lawrence University on April 25 giving a talk titled “Charisma and Succession in Persian Epic” and at Johns Hopkins University on April 28, where he gave a talk titled: “Transmission, Translation, Reception: The Afterlife of Shahnameh.”
