The week aims to educate current students about the impact donor dollars have on their experience at Lake Forest College.
Many students chose to write their note to donors whose scholarship fund is supporting their education.
That was the case for Brian Madson ’15, who wrote his thank you to the Krehbiel family.
Others chose to thank donors from their home state.
The Office of Development and Alumni Relations also sponsored a reception for faculty and staff donors on March 17 in Glen Rowan House.
It was a St. Patrick’s Day-themed celebration.
Reception-goers received a free “Philanthropy Provides All-Access” tumbler cup as a thank you for offering their financial support to the College.
During the reception, Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations and Secretary of the College Phil Hood said a few words, thanking faculty and staff members for their support.
