Working at the Chicago History Museum
History and Secondary Education major, Daniel Rosenstein ‘12, will be working at the Chicago History Museum as an intern fall 2010.
History and Secondary Education student Daniel Rosenstein ‘12 wanted to do an internship involving Jewish history. Using the strong network of professors at Lake Forest College, Rosenstein will be working as an intern at the Chicago History Museum this fall semester. Professor Emeritus Michael Ebner knew about a developing Jewish history exhibit at the museum and brought the opportunity to Rosenstein’s attention. He will be doing preliminary research on the topic using the museum’s collections, compiling a research database and looking for collections outside of the museum they could potentially loan from. The Chicago Jewish History exhibit is scheduled to open in 2012.
