Gummere Fellows applications now available
The Office of Admissions and Office of Development and Alumni Relations have launched the application for Gummere Fellows 2020–21. An information session will be held on Thursday, March 19 from noon to 1 p.m. in Lillard 132.
The Gummere Fellows program is comprised of a distinguished group of student representatives, established in the honor and image of Spike Gummere, to represent the College as part of its recruiting and development efforts. Gummere has worked at the College for 50 years in admissions, alumni relations, and as a special assistant to the President.
Gummere Fellows attend a variety of events and interact with prospective students, alumni, donors, and friends of the College at both on-campus and off-campus events, including out-of-state travel.
All Fellows are awarded a $1,000 scholarship annually and senior Fellows are awarded a $500 professional development stipend. All Fellows participate in ongoing professional development and are invited to participate in a variety of networking opportunities.
The application can be found here and all rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors are encouraged to apply.
Applications are due on Friday, March 27 at 11:59 p.m. If you would like more information, any questions can be directed to McKenna Rogan, assistant director of admissions, at email@example.com.
