2009 10th Reunion
Homecoming Weekend welcomes the class of 2009 to celebrate their 10th reunion
Thank you for an amazing Family Weekend! Nearly 200 family members came to campus for the Forester immersion experience. Enjoy these photos taken from the event.
Last week, a variety of events on campus brought the college and community together to celebrate and discuss the legacy of Civil Rights leader and activist Martin Luther King Jr. The week kicked off with a lecture from keynote speaker Shaun King and concluded with the third annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit at Lake Forest College.
First-year students in the BIOL130 Deadly Shapes, Hostage Brains class hosted third graders from Lake Forest Country Day School for the Amazing Brain community outreach program on December 18, 2019. This group- and class-led collaboration serves as a non-traditional final exam that teaches students to engage in active learning approaches that underlie how the brain senses the world, integrates that information, and, ultimately, carries out actions. Over the past 12 years, the College has served more than 500 local schoolchildren through this program.
