Cardio Cut for Students

Cardio cut is a fun, circuit-style, 60 minute workout routine incorporating weights and high intensity interval training that is sure to rev up your metabolism and boost up your energy. It’s a complete body workout that will make you lean and tone while building a positive self-image, increasing self-confidence, and reducing your stress level. All fitness levels are welcome to join fitness instructor Vikki Graham. All necessary equipment is provided. Space is limited, so please arrive early.
