Valentine’s Day Dinner
Enjoy a special Valentine’s Day Dinner set in the romantic Calvin Durand Hall. Cost is $25 per person, paid by flex dollars or cash. Sign up in the Gates Center or call 847-735-6202. The dinner is presented by e.Team and catered by Aramark. Comedian Honest John will perform at 9pm in the Mohr Student Center.

Appetizer
Tuscan Plate filled with salami, red pepper prosciutto, artichokes,
olives and fresh mozzarella
Individual Salad
Lettuce Wedge with homemade dressing
Individual Entree
Beef Tenderloin Filet wrapped with Cognac Sauce or
Portobello Cannelloni or
Flounder stuffed with Crab Meat
Accompaniments
All entrees accompanied by Twice Baked Potato, Asparagus Bundles, and Grilled Baguettes and Butter

Cash bar will be serving beer and wine.
