Target your abs and back in this gut-busting 30-minute core class.
Location: Sports and Recreation Center Dance Studio

Target your abs and back in this gut-busting 30-minute core class. Using Pilates, this intense non-aerobic class will focus on strengthening your abdominal and lower back muscles to create a leaner stronger center and improve posture.

Taught by Carisa Zaban (zaban@lakeforest.edu/x6135) on Tuesdays from 12:15-12:45pm.

Skill Level - Intermediate to Advanced; High Intensity.
