4th Annual Iron Chef Competition
Aspiring challengers need to submit a letter of interest to the Gates Center no later than February 17, 2012 at 5:00pm. The letter must include the reasons for participating, your culinary history and interest, and why you have what it takes to become the Iron Chef!

Location: Gus and Margie Hart Dining Hall / Stuart Commons
Two Students will compete against Aramark Chef, Patrick Freely, for the title of the Lake Forest College Iron Chef winner. Competitors will make three dishes- an appetizer, a main entree and desert all in 60 minutes. They must have a secret ingredient emphasized in each dish. Each dish will be judged on presentation, originality and taste by our celebrity judges.
