HOUSING CONTRACT (download the pdf file)
For new incoming students: When assigned to a room, new incoming students receive a room assignment letter and a Housing Contract. (If you did not receive one in your packet, you can download one here: Housing Contract.) This Housing Contract should be signed and returned to the Office of Residence Life as soon as possible. Please note: the majority of our first-year students live in Roberts, McClure, and Nollen halls. The remaining first-year students live in Lois, Blackstone, and Cleveland-Young International Center.
For returning upperclass students: At the time of room selection or thereafter, once a student has selected her/his room through the process, s/he is required to sign a Housing Contract for the 2009-2010 academic year and have one on file in the Office of Residence Life.
For students entering campus housing for the Spring Semester who did not live on campus in the Fall: Students will be emailed their housing assignment after the New Year. They will also be required to complete a 2009-2010 Housing Contract at the time of check-in or shortly thereafter. New and Transfer students may check in on January 9, 2010 from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Returning students may check in on January 10, 2010, from 9:30am - 2:00pm.
DATES OF OCCUPANCY
Occupancy of an assigned room is limited to the spring and fall academic terms, commencing and ending with dates published in the Student Handbook.
Spring 2009 - .All students, except graduating seniors, must vacate the halls within 24 hours of their last final exam in May or no later than Thursday, May 7, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. Graduating seniors are required to vacate the halls by Sunday, May 10, 2009, at 12:00 p.m.
These dates are subject to change and will be based on the official 2008-2009 College Calendar.
