Students for Women's Awareness Network (SWAN)
SWAN (Students for Women's Awareness Network) was started in 2005 with the goal of providing Lake Forest College students access to informative programs, speakers, and activities related to a variety of women's issues. In April 2006 SWAN was awarded both Outstanding Educational Programming Awards at the John and Christine Gaters Center for Leadership and Personal Growth Spring Leadership Awards Ceremony and SWAN's First Annual Lake Forest College Women's Conference.
