Commuter Student Organization
Commuter students have an office on the lower level of Stuart Commons. The Commuter Student Organization (CSO) is a student-led group that supports for the needs of students who commute to campus. The CSO meets every Wednesday at 12 Noon in the Commuter Student Lounge in the lower level of the Stuart Commons. The Commuter lounge is available only to students who commute, and holds a small microfridge, TV / DVD, couches, microwave, and daily storage space. The purposes of this organization are: -To give commuter students a more equal and more powerful voice on campus. -To negotiate with college officials with the aim of solving problems unique to commuter students. -To facilitate commuter students' becoming more active on campus and to provide them with socialization opportunities. -To enrich the college community with all the contributions that commuter students have to offer.
