  • ISCPA Online Career Center:  Much like in our own Online Career Center, employers can post jobs and internships for student viewing

  • Job Fairs: The Career Advancement Center works with the Illinois ISCPA to provide career fairs including CareerFest and TeacherFest, which are targeted at liberal arts and education majors.

  • Interview Day:  An opportunity to interview for business, accounting and computer science positions.

Frequently asked questions when recruiting

Why can’t I just call someone at the college for candidate referrals?

To provide the fairest recruiting experience to all Lake Forest College students and alumni, we prefer that you post all positions in the Online Career Center.  You may also contact the career center or other contacts that you have on campus to ask them to forward information to students they think might be interested.  If you are interested in additional information about fair and ethical recruiting practices, please see the  NACE user guide to principles for career services professionals.
