Robyn Slater Named NCHA Player of the Week
Sophomore forward scores two goals over the weekend

LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College forward Robyn Slater (Granite City, IL) helped her team to a split with UW-Superior, the nation's ninth-ranked team (U.S. College Hockey Online), and has been named the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association Women's Division Player of the Week. 

Slater, a sophomore, scored two goals and one assist in the two games. She was involved in both of her team's goals in Saturday's 2-1 win over Superior, which gave the Jackets just their second NCHA loss of the season. She scored her team's first goal and assisted on the game-winner. Friday, she also assisted on her team's only goal in a 3-1 loss to UWS.
