Jenny Anderson Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Sophomore led Foresters to third straight MWC Championship 
  

Jenny Anderson capped off a stellar conference tournament performance with 23 kills in the championship match.

Lake Forest defeated Carroll College in four games in the first round on Friday and Anderson had 15 kills, 3 aces and 13 digs. In Saturday's three-game semifinal win over Lawrence University, Anderson reached double-digits in both kills and digs again with 10 and 14, respectively, and added two aces.

The championship match, though, is where she really shined. In the four-game victory over St. Norbert College, Anderson led all players with 23 kills and had just 6 errors in 49 attempts (.347 hitting pct.). She also had another 15 digs and 4 aces.

The Forester Athlete of the Week is chosen by the Athletic Department on Thursdays.
