Bueter Named ISA Female College Swimmer of the Year
Freshman earned All-American honors at national meet in March
  

Bueter is the ISA College Female Swimmer of the Year.
LAKE FOREST, IL - The Illinois Swimming Association named Lake Forest College freshman Chelsea Bueter (Swisher, IA/Prairie) its College Female Swimmer of the Year Tuesday (May 4).

Bueter led Lake Forest to a second-place finish at the Midwest Conference Championship Meet in February with three individual championships and two relay wins.

She went on to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Division III National Championship in March by placing eighth in the 200-breaststroke and 11th in the 200-individual medley.

The ISA Swimmers of the Year are selected by the state’s collegiate and university coaches.
