Erin Valentour Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Junior softball player hits .444 for the week

LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College junior outfielder Erin Valentour (Bolingbrook, IL/Downers Grove South) has been named the Forester Athlete of the Week for the week of April 19th-25th.

In six games played last week, Valentour recorded a .444 batting average (8-for-18). She also drove in four runs and scored four runs. 

Valentour led the Foresters to a 5-2 record for the week, including three wins at the Midwest Conference Classic on Friday and Saturday (April 20th-21st) and a two-game sweep of Beloit College on Wednesday (April 25th).

The Lake Forest College Athletic Department selects the Forester Athlete of the Week each Thursday.
