Foresters Drop a Pair of Matches in Michigan
Lake Forest falls to Albion and Alma

ALBION, MI - The Lake Forest College men's tennis lost to Alma College by a final score of 7-2 and to Albion College by an 8-1 final on Saturday (February 24th). Both matches were played at Albion College.

In the Foresters' season opener against Alma, Evan Hall (Novich, VT/Loomis Chaffee School) picked up the team's only singles win with his 7-6 (7-5), 6-0 win over John Boyer, while Spencer Peoples (Scottsdale, AZ/New Mexico Military Institute) and Konrad Bienia (Lemont, IL/St. Lawrence Cathloic) at No. 1 won the team's only doubles match.

In the second match, Lake Forest picked up a point from Stan Teplitsky (Highland Park, IL/Highland Park) at No. 3 singles with his three-set victory before falling to Albion.

Lake Forest's next action will be in Orlando, FL when the team plays Vassar College on Monday, March 12th.
