UW-Whitewater Sweeps Visiting Foresters
Team falls to 6-8 on the season

WHITEWATER, WI - The Lake Forest College men’s tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision at UW-Whitewater Wednesday (April 7) night. The Foresters fell to 6-8 on the season while Whitewater raised its record to 12-8.

Sophomore Robert Burda (Meridian, ID/Meridian) was the only Forester to win a set. He defeated the Warhawks’ number three singles player 8-6 in their first set tiebreak before falling 6-0 in both the second and third sets.

After playing five matches in the last five days, Lake Forest will enjoy a day off tomorrow before hosting St. Norbert College Friday (April 9) at 3:30 p.m. The Foresters will also host Knox College and Beloit College on Saturday (April 10).
