As a Sophomore in 1998
Named Second Team All-Midwest Conference after leading a defense that
allowed just 1.44 goals per game, including five shutouts...Forester Most
Improved Player...selected Conference Player of the Week on October 19th
after anchoring a Forester defensive unit that allowed just one goal in
three gamesfor the week, including two shut-outs of Midwest Conference
foes Illinois College (6-0) and Monmouth (1-0)...knocked home the game-winning
goal three minutes into the overtime session vs. Monmouth and added the
game tying assist in a 2-1 victory over Benedictine earlier in the week...received
the second varsity letter of his career.
As a Freshman in 1997
Scored goals against Monmouth and Knox...had two assists versus Benedictine
on the last game of the season...varsity letter winner.
As a Prep
Three-year All-Lake Conference performer...captained the BKHS which
took second in the Minnesota State Tournament his senior year...Most Valuable
Player of the NSC Cup All-Star Game and for BKHS in 1996...also captained
of the golf team and played hockey.
